Great location near shops and transport, perfect for concert-goers. The rooftop bar and pool were highlights, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Just be ready for limited room service options late at night and a bit of a wait at breakfast. A fun stay!

I had a fantastic stay with a great value for my money; the room was spacious, modern, and the comfy bed was just what I needed. The location is super convenient, with a handy shopping center nearby, and the staff were helpful and responsive to my needs.

The venue was absolutely great, I appreciated the stay and the location was magnificent so close to Strathfield Private Hospital, public transport buses/train station in walking distance and Close to all amenities. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. A safe box, a mini bar, and an electronic key card were much appreciated.

Had a great stay! The location was super convenient-loads of tasty food options nearby and just a short ride to the Olympic Park. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I loved the pool with its fine views! The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help; it really made the stay feel special.

There were a few hiccups. The secure parking felt less secure than expected, and my initial room didn’t have the city view I was promised. some of the room amenities could use more attention, like the cleanliness of the dishes. though, it was a solid experience!

Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room. Excellent views over garden. Location just next door to public transport, shops and train station, and the cbd and western Sydney. Great food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

I liked the room with a king bed.

we had a great stay at crowne plaza, which was perfect for our needs as a solo traveler with a child. the hotel was conveniently located near our medical appointment and just across from a lovely park, making it easy for us to unwind. the pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a fun way for my child to expend some energy. our room was comfortable with a nice balcony, and the breakfast options made our busy mornings much easier.

The noise at night was unbearable-constant door knocking and shouting in the hallway made it impossible to sleep. It felt like I was staying in a party instead of a hotel. Not worth the money.

Better reading lamps would have. Parking was easy, but the dining experience was quite average, lacking in variety. Coming out to a cold breakfast with too few cups was frustrating. While the positives stood out, a few improvements would elevate this hotel experience significantly.
